1. Return Eligibility
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order, provided that:
- The product is unused, unwashed, and unworn
- All original tags, labels, and packaging are intact
- The product is not damaged due to misuse or mishandling
- You have the original invoice or order confirmation
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Products purchased during sale, clearance, or with discount coupons
- Customized, stitched, or altered products
- Accessories and jewellery (for hygiene reasons)
- Products with removed tags or damaged packaging
3. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Email us at support@richeenaafashion.com or WhatsApp us at +91-XXXXXXXXXX within 7 days of delivery
- Mention your Order ID, the product you wish to return, and the reason
- Attach clear photos/videos of the product (mandatory for damaged or wrong items)
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours
Note: An unboxing video is required to claim a return for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
4. Exchange Policy
We offer size exchanges subject to stock availability. If your preferred size is unavailable, you may choose a different product of equal value or receive store credit. Exchange requests are processed once the original product passes our quality check.
5. Refund Process
- Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund
- Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days to your original payment method
- For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit
- Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable
6. Damaged, Defective or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and an unboxing video. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund after verification.
7. Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled but may be eligible for return as per this policy. Prepaid cancellations are refunded within 5–7 business days.
8. Colour Disclaimer
Slight variation in colour may occur due to photographic lighting or your screen settings. Such variation is not considered a defect and is not eligible for return.
